Pickup Process (PLEASE READ!!!)

PICK UP PROCESS FOR COVID-19
As you know we will be continuing operations while the COVID-19 restrictions on social interaction are in place. We are continuing because we know our services are essential to many of you and even more needed by new members of our community in this difficult time. In order to continue this service to you we need to ensure we are protecting our volunteers, their families and our community (that means you!).
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BOX PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE THURSDAY.
1. ARRIVE ON TIME. If you are early you will be asked to wait until your pick up window. If you are late you may also be asked to wait await further instruction. DO NOT EXIT YOUR CAR.
2. WEAR A MASK. You will be asked to leave if you do not have one.
3. JOIN THE QUEUE OF CARS, wind your window down and give your name to the volunteer. Our volunteer will write your order on your windshield using chalk marker (washes off with water), this helps speed up the pick up process for you and our volunteers.
4. LISTEN TO ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
5. DRIVE TO STOP SIGN. Once checked in proceed to follow the queue to the stop sign and wait here for further instructions. Another volunteer will direct you to drive to tent 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 (see map) where your box contents will be set out on a table for you already bagged in plastic bags.
6. PULL NOSE INTO THE TENT. Do NOT reverse up to the table, this is extremely dangerous and could seriously injure our volunteers.
7. ONLY TWO ADULTS ARE TO EXIT THE CAR HERE. Load your bags into your car as quickly as you can, maintain a minimum of 6ft separation to others. Please take everything off the table.
8. PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES
9. Get back into your car and go home to enjoy your food!
Please note that sometimes you may experience delays in pick up, we try hard to avoid this but some weeks it is unavoidable. We appreciate your patience while you wait.
